Today, my work focuses on clarity, decision-making and structural dynamics:

how people communicate, where ownership becomes unclear, how tension builds inside systems, and what affects performance under pressure.

I work with individuals, founders and organisations operating in situations where clarity carries real weight.

Most conversations happen quietly and outside public visibility.

Outside the work, I spend most of my time in movement —
